I’m Sibil Sebastian, creator of Liberate Your Purpose®.

I left behind nearly everything in the United States — my home, my career, and the familiar structures of success — to liberate my own purpose. That decision brought me to Spain, where I now live more simply, with fewer material ties, and with a deeper commitment to what is true.

For over two decades, I worked as a financial services executive, fluent in the languages of corporate strategy and financial literacy. I came to understand, from the inside, how profit-driven structures operate — and the tension they hold with justice, dignity, and liberation.

That reckoning led me to ask harder questions — about power, complicity, and what it means to live in alignment. It also led me to this work: helping others move through their own transitions with clarity and integrity.

I hold the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This training gave me a framework that honors what I most believe: our inner knowing is a trustworthy compass. My coaching is an invitation to turn toward that compass, to listen, and to move from truth rather than fear.

My perspective is rooted in lived experience — in crossing cultures, moving between institutional and grassroots spaces, and stepping away from the weight of expectation. I bring both rigor and tenderness, drawing from years of navigating complexity while honoring the sacredness of personal transformation.

Today, through Liberate Your Purpose®, I work slowly, relationally, and intentionally with those ready to step into their own crossings — those seeking not performance, but liberation.
